When you submit a quote request or booking, we collect: company name, contact name, phone number, email (optional), staff count, shift times, pickup/drop-off areas, and any notes you provide. We also collect a booking reference generated by our system.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used solely to provide transport quotes, confirm bookings, and communicate via WhatsApp or phone about your service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage

Submissions are stored in a local database on our server. We retain booking and quote data for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for invoicing and dispute resolution.

4. WhatsApp

When you submit a form, we generate a prefilled WhatsApp message. Sending this message is your action — we do not automatically send messages on your behalf. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through their platform.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
