1. Service overview

UrbanLift provides contract-based employee and security transport services in the Cape Town metro area. Services are subject to route availability, vehicle capacity, and agreed contract terms.

2. Bookings and quotes

Quote requests and bookings submitted through this site are requests only. UrbanLift confirms availability and final pricing via WhatsApp or phone. A booking is only confirmed once acknowledged by our dispatch team.

3. Pricing and payment

Monthly contract pricing is agreed before service begins. Surcharges for after-hours, weekends, or emergency deployments are disclosed upfront. Payment terms are outlined in your contract or confirmed via WhatsApp for ad-hoc trips.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible via WhatsApp. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee depending on contract terms. Recurring contract cancellations require reasonable notice as agreed in your service agreement.

5. Liability

UrbanLift takes reasonable care to ensure safe, timely transport. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected trip or monthly fee portion.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
