Who we are
UrbanLift provides contract-based employee transport for corporates and security companies across the Cape Town metro. We focus on early-morning pickups, night-shift rotations, and the predictable scheduling that operations teams need.
We are not a ride-hailing app. Every engagement starts with a scoped quote, agreed routes, and a fixed monthly invoice — so finance can approve and ops can plan.
How we work
After agreeing routes and shift windows, your staff book pickups through the site or WhatsApp. We dispatch the same drivers where possible and confirm every booking within minutes.
Billing is monthly with transparent surcharges for after-hours, weekends, or emergency deployments — all confirmed before they apply.
Operating area
Cape Town metro — coverage depends on route density and contract scope. Operating hours are 03:00–09:00 and 20:00–01:00, with flexibility for contracted clients.
